Yes, we take data security very seriously. Not only do we use a leading security service to protect against fraud and data theft, but we also use PayPal and Stripe to process payments — so we’ll never have access to your payment details.

What forms of payment do you accept at Facilitated Training?

There is no catch; if you’ve downloaded one of our free products, you can use it in line with our copyright policy. While we’d love it if you were to add a link or our logo to your website or training course materials, you’re free to remove all references to Facilitated Training.
How long does it take to design a training course?
This depends on the complexity of the content. At Facilitated Training, we develop instructor-led training that includes front-end analysis, design, lesson plans, handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint tools and SME reviews of content to be used during live, face-to-face learning events.

Each Masterclass is an investment of $195.00 per person.

How many people can attend each Masterclass?

Will recordings of the Masterclass be available?
No, recordings won’t be available after the live session. This is to encourage active participation and foster a dynamic learning environment.

What is the format of the Masterclass?
The Masterclasses will be interactive and engaging! Expect a mix of discussions, Q&A sessions, and depending on the topic, potential breakout room activities. We’ve designed the Master Classes with adult learning principles in mind, focusing on practical outcomes you can implement right away.
Do I need any prior leadership experience to attend?
No prior leadership experience is necessary. Leaders of all levels and industries are welcome to attend and gain valuable insights.
